Reporting a claim

Claims are reported to your Foyer agency or through the MyFoyer client area, which also lets you track them. Assistance (breakdown, accident, emergency hospitalisation, locksmith) is on +352 437 43 123; for health, reimbursement requests go through the client area, and a hospital stay must be reported before admission. Whatever the insurer, the law requires you to report a claim as soon as possible and in any case within the deadline set in the contract.
